Heard ld. Advocate for the op. From the materials of the case record it appears that the complainant is not taking any steps against the op no. 3 for a long time. As a result of which the complainant was directed to file show cause vide order no. 22 dt. 6.3.2023. Today is fixed for filing show cause but the complainant has not filed any show cause. No steps has been taken.

All these factors are clearly depicting that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

In the result, it is accordingly

Ordered

that this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for noncompliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to costs.
