ORDER

Complainant physically present. Heard case of the complainant is nutshell is that the OP didnot refunded the money ever after returning of the goods already returned to him. As such this case appears to be of not refunding of money against the returning goods not of any kind of delivery of defective goods or deficiency in service. 

 After some argument learned complainant prayed for permission for withdrawal of this complainant. 

 Prayer is allowed and the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
