The complainant as well as his advocate is present & filed a memo that the parties have compromised & settled their disputes outside the court & the op has replaced a new mobile handset & the complainant is fully satisfied with the settlement & the complainant do not want to proceed with the above case. The complainant has filed Adhar Card in support of his identity. The op no. 2 is also present. We heard the memo & memo is allowed. Hence the case is dropped as not pressed. The complainant returned the defective mobile set & O.P. received the same.
