Present:-        Sh.Sorabh Goyal  complainant in person.

                   Sh.Ankit Yadav, representative of the Opposite Parties.

ORDER:                   

                        The Representative of the Opposite Parties made statement that the Opposite Parties are ready to replace the mobile phone of the complainant with a new one  of the same model in packed box, within a period of twenty days. It has been further stated that the Company offers warranty of one week in such cases, but the Opposite Parties would try to get  the warranty extended for one month. Thereafter the complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint  that in view of the statement made by the representative of the Opposite Parties, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of  both the parties have been reduced into writing.            

 

2.                 In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
