RAJENDER SINGH VS NEW MALIK ELECTRONICS

Present :-  Complainant in person.

                     Adv. Yashika Kapur, Counsel for OP-3.

The matter has been settled between the complainant and OP for an amount of Rs. 16,505/- to be paid by the OP to the complainant as full and final settlement within 30 days from the date of order. The OP upon payment of the aforesaid amount shall be entitled to take back the faulty refrigerator from the residence of the complainant at their own expense.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.

 File be  consigned to the record room.
