          The present complaint has been received by post. It be checked and registered. A careful perusal of the complaint reveals that the same has not been presented before this Commission in accordance with Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Furthermoe, the present complaint is not signed by the complainant himself. As per order 6 Rule 14 CPC every pleading shall be signed by the party. Hence, the present complaint being not filed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and being not signed by the complainant himself, the same is not maintainable and is hereby dismissed, accordingly. Party concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
