            Today is fixed for filing written version by the contesting O.Ps.  No steps taken by the contesting O.Ps.

            The complainant files hazira along with a petition supported by affidavit  praying to permit him to withdraw the case, stating that out of this Forum the dispute in between the parties has been settled and the O.Ps. have paid the amount  which has been  fixed in  the amicably  settlement to him and as such the

complainant does not want to proceed with this case further and has prayed to permit him to withdraw the case.

            We carefully perused the materials on record and contains of the petition and we hold that there is no bar to give permission to the complainant to withdraw the complaint.

            Fees paid is correct.  Hence, it is

Ordered

that the petition dated 12.08.2015 for permission to withdraw the case is allowed.   Accordingly the complainant is directed to withdraw the case.

            The case is thus disposed of without any cost on withdrawal.  Let the copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
