            Read execution application and pursis filed by the Advocate for the execution petitioner that the execution proceeding be dealt as per Sec.25 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  as the Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 are absent and proceeded ex-parte Recovery Certificate be issued as prayed in this application against the Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 and the same may be forwarded for execution through the Collector, Old Custom House, Mumbai by the Registrar of this Forum.  Hence, darkhast is disposed off.
