1)       By this complaint the Complainanthas prayed that the Opposite Parties be directed to continue the mediclaim policy with the benefits which were available to the Complainant prior to the cancellation of the policy in dispute.  

2)            It is alleged that none of the officials from the Opposite Party informed about the dishonor of the cheque and asked for making for the payment of the said amount by other modes such as, cash/DD/Pay Order for the continuation of the policy for next year.  letter dtd.20/03/09 which is at Exh.‘D’. written     It is alleged that as the Complainant has now become old and since to get the benefit of the said mediclaim policy the Insurance Company has cancelled the same with the reasons that the payment has not received in time.
