Gurdeep Singh  Vs. The New India Assurance co etc.   CC/197/2024

Present:      Shri Devi Lal Saini, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered. Heard on the point of maintainability. Regarding theft of Tralla, complainant got registered on FIR on 20.03.2019 under Section 379 IPC. Complainant has fled the complaint on 08.08.2024 i.e. after 5 years of the cause of action  which is higly time barred. Hence, the complaint is not maintainable .Hence , the present  complaint is dismissed being time barred. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
