Present:       Sh.R.K.Chand, Adv. for applicant/OPs.

                   Complainant Sh.Girish Gupta in person.

 

                    As per the report of the Sh.Om Parkash Bill Clerk the amount of Rs.1,21,875/- has been deposited by the OPs and FDR has been prepared, vide no.06863021004921 dated 9.12.14 in the name of President District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Ludhiana. As per the report of Sh.Iqbal Singh, Clerk no stay order has been received till date.

          Sh.R.K.Chand, Adv. for applicant/OPs has suffered a statement that OPs have no objection, if the amount of Rs.1,21,875/- deposited by the OPs in this case be released to the complainant.

          As such, the said FDR be released to the complainant/decree holder against proper receipt and verification. As such, the present Miscellaneous application stands disposed of. Papers be consigned to record room.
