Sh.Dilbagh Singh, applicant got recorded his statement that he has received cheque No.247180 dt.27.5.2015 for Rs.108339/- ( One lakh eight thousand three hundered thirty nine only ) favouring Dilbagh Singh towards difference of interest on the award amount for the period of one year and 135 days at the rate of 9% per annum simple rate from 1.1.2008 to 15.5.2015 towards full and final satisfaction of his claim and proceedings under section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act in the light of order of the Hon'ble State Commission may be recorded as fully satisfied. As he has received full award amount alongwith interest in this forum therefore, he does not claim any right for the amount deposited by the New India Assurance Co. with Hon'ble National Commission. As such, he withdraws the present execution application. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
