          Decree-holder has accepted the cheque No.013375 dated 09.07.2024 amounting of Rs.6,83,077/- from the JD and prayed for withdrawing the present execution as fully satisfied. Copy of cheque No.013375 dated 09.07.2024 also placed on record.

          In view of the statement given by counsel for the decree-holder, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
