Ld. Counsel for the Jdr Nos. 3 & 4 files hazira. No step taken by the Dhr.

It is evident from records that vide Order No. 34, dated 09.09.2019 Dhr received Rs. 2,79,453=00 and vide Order No. 36, dated 05.12.2019 received Rs. 2,09,358=00 & Rs. 97,785=00 as awarded amount as per order of Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi and Hon’ble Apex Court. Therefore, the Jdrs have already complied the order and the awarded amounts have been received by the Dhr. So the Dhr lost interest to proceed with the Execution Application further and is not taking step.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the present Execution Application being No. 08/2017 be and the same is disposed of with full and final settlement. There is no order as to costs.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
