O R D E R SRI.K.T.SIDHIQ, PRESIDENT The complainant aggrieved with the repudiation of his medi claim by the opposite party filed this complaint claiming a sum of Rs.6,350/- that he incurred for his treatment with interest. For opposite party Adv. C.Damodaran appeard and filed version. He submitted that the opposite party is ready to settle the matter for Rs.6,300/- and for that the complainant endorsed his willingness. Therefore the complaint is allowed and opposite party is directed to pay Rs.6300/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Failing which opposite party is also liable to pay interest @ 12% for the said amount from the date of complaint till payment. No order as to costs.
