Complainant present in person. Opposite party represented. The learned counsel for the opposite party submitted that opposite party is ready and willing to settle the matter by paying an amount of Rs.37500/- to the complainant. Complainant himself stated that he is amenable for the offer and for that purpose, he filed a written consent before the Forum on 27.2.2018. On the basis of the submission of the opposite party's counsel and the written consent of the complaint, the complaint is decided accordingly. Hence the Forum directs the opposite party to pay the admitted amount of Rs.37500/- to the complainant within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the amount shall carry 12% interest, till its realisation.
