     Vide his separate statement recorded on 20.06.2024, Sh.Sahil Singla, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that he withdraw the present execution application under Section 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, since the execution application under Section 71 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, is already pending before this Commission, with liberty to file fresh, if need be and prayed that it be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh, if need be.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant/DH free of cost. The file be consigned.
