Perused the petition filed on behalf of the J. Dr. wherein it appears that they complied the order dated 29-10-2010 by sending a cheque amounting to Rs. 60,896/- in favour of decree holder Shri Sudarsan Dutta, resident of 65/1, Lakshman Das Lane, Howrah- 711101, by registered post with A/D and in support of the compliance they also filed xerox copy of A/D showing receipt of the cheque by one Dipali Dutta on 04-11-2010. The decree holder Shri Sudarsan Dutta is present before us and admitted that he has received the cheque issued by the J. Dr.
Having heard on both sides and also perusal of the petition along with annexure documents we have satisfied that the J. Dr. has complied the order.

O R D E R E D
That the matter be disposed of on full satisfaction in favour of the decree holder.
The matter be dropped accordingly.
Supply the copy of the order to the parties, if prayed for.
