                             The Dhr./Complainant is absent without steps. It appears from the record that the CC 2009/22 has already been disposed of finally. As such there is no necessity to proceed further with this Execution Case. From the order sheet we find that the Dhr. is very mush irregular in taking steps on several dates. We also find from the order no. 84 dt. 29/08/2017 that the Dhr. remained absent without steps on that day and none turned up on repeated calls. As such the Dhr. was direcetd to showcause as to why this case shall not be dropped. Inspite of that the Dhr. took no steps and remained absent. So it appears to us that the Dhr. is not interested to proceed further with the present Execution case. As such the present Execution case is liable to be dropped.

Hence it is

O R D E R E D

that the Execution case no. 12/2009 be and the same is dropped. The case is thus disposed of.
