                        The case was taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The learned counsel for complainant has appeared and made statement that the complainant has received the amount from OP Insurance Company as awarded by this Forum vide order dated 17.8.2009 and hence the complainant wants to withdraw the present execution application & the same may be dismissed as withdrawn as satisfied.  Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
