Heard parties. Perused the documents.  As per the contents   of the application, claim was repudiated by the Opponent on 2/8/2013.  On this order, he should have filed  case on or before 2/8/2015 but he has filed this case on 20/10/2016.  As per the complaint contents, Complainant claim rejected by the Opponent on the ground that tag issued by the Opponent not surrender by the Complainant.  On the contrary, Complainant submitted that the tag was nor supplied by the Opponent to the Complainant at the time of policy issued.  This facts informed to the Opponent time and again and till today.  They request to the Opponent, not visited on the spot, as also not exam the horse by Doctor.  Considering the fact, we find the reason for condonation, delay is justified.  Hence Condonation delay is allowed and delay is condoned.
