The record is put up at the instance of the complainant.The complainant filed a petition for permitting him to withdraw the case. Hd the Ld advocates of the complainant.
We find the complainant has settled the case with op no.1 New  India Assurance  Company Ltd. Div Manager, Berhampore Div office and op no. 2 New  India Assurance  Company Ltd ,Branch Manager, Bolpur Branch and he is not willing to proceed with the case .
We find no impediment to allow the prayer.

The complainant is permitted to withdraw CF case no. 97/2018.No cost.
