The learned counsel for the parties has appeared and the counsel for complainant has made statement, which is reproduced as under:- “Statement of Sh.Manmohan Srivastava, Advocate for Complainant. I have received cheque of Rs.24,777/- bearing No.047032, dated 12.4.2010, towards the payment of award as well as interest passed by this Forum and cheque of Rs.5,000/- bearing No.047150, dated 3.5.2010, towards the payment of costs awarded by the Hon’ble State Commission, both cheques in favour of complainant and drawn on Axis Bank Limited, Manimajra, Chandigarh. Thus I have received the total payment of Rs.29,777/- from the OP towards full and final satisfaction of execution. Hence, I withdraw present execution application as fully satisfied. 2. In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn, as fully satisfied. 3. Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
