 ORDER:

 

                    The Learned counsel for the Decree Holder made statement for withdrawal of the execution petition by submitting that  the policy of the Decree Holder has been made continue since 2006 without any breakage, continuous bonus and covering pre-existing disease with all benefits, therefore, he doesnot want to pursue with the present execution petition. His statement has been recorded.

 

2.                 In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Decree Holder, the present execution petition is dismissed as having been fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
