ORDER

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 10.9.2024, ld. Counsel for the JD/OP stated that OP Company has no objection in case the amount deposited by the Company with Hon’ble State Commission, UT, Chandigarh in the appeal amounting to Rs.25,000/- as well as Rs.8,99,046/- be released to the complainant/Decree holder along with interest accrued, if any. The ld. Counsel for the DH/Complainant also stated separately that he admits the said statement of ld. Counsel for the JD and withdraws the present execution application being settled with liberty to file fresh in case any amount is found due towards JD/OP  as per decree

          In this view of the matter, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
