Today is fixed for passing necessary order.

On perusal of the record, it reveals from the previous orders No.2 and 3 dated 24.07.2014 that the JDR filed an account payee cheque being No. 007920, dated 17.07.2014, Bank of India, Malda Branch of Rs.2,71,067/- on 24.07.2014 in favour of the DHR in compliance with the order passed by this Ld. Forum on 27.05.2014. And the DHR on 24.07.14, by filing a put up petition along with another petition had prayed to handover the above cheque submitted by the JDR in fovour of him and pass necessary order for disposal of the case on full satisfaction.

Perused the case record, it reveals that the above cheque was handover to the DHR on proper verification of identify and proper receipt on 24.07.2014.

In view of the above discussion there is no bar to dispose of the case on full satisfaction.

Hence it is

                                    ordered        

that the  EA case No. 19/2014 be and the same is finally disposed of on full satisfaction.
