On 22.12.2023 the complainant has filed this M.A. case for amendment of the complaint as mentioned in the schedule of the said petition.

The amendment as sought for is formal in nature and will not change the nature and character of the complaint.

In our opinion, the amendment should be allowed.

Hence, the amendment, as sought for by the complainant, is hereby allowed.

M.A. case is thus disposed off.

Complainant is directed to file amended complaint.
