That the counsel for the opposite party has made statement that the documents mentioned in the statement are required for the decision of the claim of the complainant which has not been given by the complainant to the opposite party. So, in view of the statement of learned counsel for opposite party, complainant is directed to supply these documents to the opposite party against proper receipt and after receiving documents the opposite party is directed to decide the claim of the complainant within 45 days and convey the decision to the complainant through registered letter. If the complainant is not satisfied with the decision, then he is at liberty to file the fresh complaint. So, the present complaint is disposed of accordingly. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
