As per order of the Hon'ble State Commission No.SCDRC/PB/2023/5279 dated 6.7.2023, today the Ld. President has gone to District Consumer Commission Kapurthala on additional charge. Statement of Sh.Arvind Sharda, Adv. Counsel for Complainant that the complainant has informed that he has compromised the matter with the OP. So, he withdraws the present complaint as per the instructions received from the complainant and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly in view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
