It is submitted by OP counsel that the complainant approached Hon’ble High Court vide WPC 202/2023 and the Hon’ble High Court vide its order dated 14.09.2023 disposed off the writ petition as withdrawn. As directed by Hon’ble High Court OP Ins. Co. paid the sum of Rs. 6,99,951/- to the financer M/s HDFC vide transaction dated 31.07.2023.

In view of the payment made by the OP Ins. Co. to the financer and due to non appearance of the complainant in the present complaint case from last two dates the present complaint stands dismissed.
