                           Today the case was fixed for arguments. At this stage, complainant had made a separate statement in which he states that in view of the order passed by the Hon’ble National Commission in case titled as “Ambrish Kumar Shukla and others Vs. Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. in CC No.97/2016 decided on 07.10.2016, he wants to withdraw his present complaint with liberty to file a fresh before the Appropriate Authority.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh before the Appropriate Authority. A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
