ORDER

Complaint is allowed as under O.P. is directed to pay an amoubnt of Rs.24,300/- with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from 04.10.1999 within a period of two months. If O.p. fails to pay the above mentioned amount within two months, the complainant would be entitled to receive such amount with interest at 18% p.a. from such date till the dtae of payment. Complainant is entitled for cost of Rs.1,000/-.
