Today, the Ld. President is on leave. The present complaint was received by Post. Notice was sent to the complainant by Regd.Post on 3.4.2023 to complete the file. The Complainant did not appear despite the case was adjourned to different dates, i.e. on 10.4.2023, 17.4.2023 & 19.4.2023 for preliminary hearing. As per online status report of Ahlmad that "Item Delivery Confirmed on 6.4.2023". Today, also neither the complainant nor anyone on his behalf has come present. The case has been called number of times since morning. It is 4.00 P.M. Case again called, but none is present. It seems that the complainant does not want to persue the present complaint. Hence the present complaint is disposed of and file be consigned to the record room.
