Heard Sh. Rajeshwar Singh, learned counsel for the complainant and Smt. Savita Sethi, learned counsel for the opposite parties through video conferencing.

An application has been moved on behalf of the complainant for withdrawing the consumer complaint on the ground that both the parties have settled the matter outside the court.

Accordingly, the withdrawal application is allowed and the consumer complaint is dismissed, as withdrawn.
