Complainant made a statement that he has received a cheque bearing No.006677 dated 28.03.2023 for the sum of Rs.12,39,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Thirty Nine Thousand Only) drawn on HDFC Bank, Branch Harmony Tower, G.T.Road, Panipat as full and final claim in present complaint. So, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by complainant, duly identified by his counsel, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.  

                   Copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
