The record is put-up on the prayer of the decree holder. The decree holder has filed a verified petition praying for passing necessary order for delivering  03 (Three ) A/C Payee cheques to this decree holder Sabitri Devi , W/o Triloki Singh of Chatta Pathar, P.S.-Asansol South, District – Budwan (Now Paschim Bardhaman) on the ground that as per order dated 15-06-2020 of the Hon’ble National Commission the opposite party Insurance Company deposited 100% of the claimed amount before this Ld. Commission which is in the custody of this commission and as per direction of the Hon”ble National Commission, Ld. Commission has been pleased to issue 03 ( three ) cheques in the name of the decree holder/complainant subsequently. Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant. Perused the case records, It appears that the compliance report in this respect of the said fact and 03(Three) cheques has been submitted already. Accordingly, the prayer of the decree holder is considered and allowed. Let the 03 (Three) Account Payee cheques bearing No.705245 dated 07-02-2022 issued this commission amounting to Rs. 1,60,397/- (One lac sixty thousand three hundred and ninety-seven only ), Cheque bearing No.705244 dated 07-02-2022 amounting to Rs.28901/- (Twenty-eight thousand nine hundred and one only ) issued by this commission in favour of the decree holder and another cheque bearing no. 705243 dated 07-02-2022 amounting to Rs. 1,21,685/- (One lac twenty one thousand six hundred and eighty-five only) issued by this commission in favour of the decree holder be returned to the decree holder  Sabitri Devi on proper receipt and identification. The Registrar-in–Charge is directed to do the needful in this matter.
