ORDER

The complaint is allowed partly and the opposite party is directed to pay Rs.89,489.40 paise with interest at 10% p.a. thereon from the date of complaint i.e. 1-2-93 (date of receipt in the district forum) with in a period of 4 weeks failing which, the opposite party is liable to pay interest on the above sum at 15% p.a. till realisation. The opposite party is also directed to pay Rs.500/- towards the cost of litigation.
