ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is partly allowed. The opposite party is directed to pay Rs.13,656.65 paise to the complainant as assessed by the surveyor with interest at 15% from the date of the complaint i.e., 8-11-93 till realisation within a period of 4 weeks from the date of order, failing which the opposite party is liable to pay 18% interest on the above sum till realisation. The opposite party is also directed to pay costs of Rs.250/- towards the cost of litigation.
