4)        It is submitted that only after submitting the Mediclaim Form claiming the reimbursement of the amount of expenses incurred by the Complainant, the Opposite Party informed for the first time about the cancellation of the Group Hospitalization Policy taken by the Complainant.  

5)       written statement. It is contended that the complaint is beyond the period of limitation and is liable to be dismissed with cost.

7)           .4 the claim must be filed within 30 days from the date of discharge from the hospital. The Complainant was admitted on 25/01/03 and discharged on 29/01/03 and the claim form was filed on 11/09/03 i.e. after the period of 30 days from the date of discharge.
