J. Dr. Sukumar Pradhan is produced before this Forum on the strength of the W/A vide order no. 17 dated 18-01-2012. In the mean time during the pendency of the W/A the J. Dr. made payment the decreetal amount to the full satisfaction. Accordingly W/A was recalled on 11-04-2012 vide order no. 22.
A misconception crept in inasmuch as the J. Dr. did not obtain the copy of the order nos. 20 & 21 wherein the execution case was disposed of in full satisfaction. However, the J. Dr. Sukumar Pradhan be released forthwith.
The copy of the order dated 11-04-2012, 16-04-2012 and the instant order be supplied to the J. Dr. at once.
