Both Dhr and Jdr are present. Jdr files a petition that they have handed over accunt payee cheque of Rs, 1,02,946/- bearing cheque no. 457518 dt. 03/01/12 inf favour of Susmita Mukhrjee drqwn on Corporation Bank, Central Avenue Branch to ld. recorded lawyer of Dhr and ld. lawyer for Dhr has filed receipt as a token of acknowledgement of the cheque towards full and final settlement with interest and Dhr has no claim from Jdr.

In view of the above the instant execution case stands disposed of subject to encashment of the cheque referred to above.

Recall bailable W/A issued against Arindam Sen, A. Patra and Saurav Roy.

Let a copy of this order be handed over to the ld lawyer of the Jdr.
