ORDER

As such, we have no hesitation in allowing the claim of the Complainant. Accordingly the claim of the Complainant is allowed. The Opposite Party shall pay a sum of Rs. 42,537/- to the Complainant with interest at 9%p.a.from the date of filing of the present Complaint till its realisation. The Opposite Party shall also pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Complainant towards the cost of the present complaint.
