15.2.2016 Present: Counsel for parties.

During consideration of the application for production of documents moved by the complainant, it has been observed that the issue regarding liability of the complainant is pending in the Hon'ble National Commission and is yet to attain finality. Moreover, an order dated 20.1.2015 has been placed on file. Ld. Counsel of both the parties made no objection if the proceedings in the present complaint is stayed and the file be consigned to records. In view of the circumstances, the proceedings of the present complaint is stayed. However, this complaint will be revived as and when this Forum receives the final order of the Hon'ble National Commission. File be consigned to records.
