                   Today, case is fixed for filing written arguments. Sh.Nitin Kapila, Adv. for complainant has suffered a statement that a claim petition has been filed by the LRs of the deceased Rashpal Singh, who died in the said accident, titled as Hardeep Kaur Vs Gursimran Singh and others is pending in the court of Sh.Gurnam Singh, MACT, Ludhiana and another criminal case titled as State Vs Rajinder Singh is pending on the basis of which as challan was submitted against the driver Rajinder Singh u/s 173 Cr.P.C before the court of Sh.Rahul Kumar, JMIC, Ludhiana regarding the identity of the accused/driver of the vehicle in question and the said issue is also involved in the present complaint. As such, he requested that the present complaint may kindly be adjourned sine die till the decision of the MACT case as stated above.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands adjourned sine die for the time being. However complainant is at liberty to get it revived, after the decision of the MACT case. File be consigned to record room.
