A cheque of Rs.7,57,354/- in favour of DH Sh. Jile Singh, the father of the insured Late Sh. Anil Kumar and the nomine of the Policy, is submitted by JD. DH is present along with all the LRs of the deceased (Insured). Details of which as per their respective Aadhar Card are as follows:

DH is agreed that the above stated amounts be given to the LRs of the deceased (Insured) and is agreed that his share be also transferred in the name of his grand children. Upon equal distribution, the share of each one would be as follows:

After equal distribution of DH share among the grand children of the D.H., the share of the each children would increase by Rs.39,000/-. The final outcome of the share of each of the LR would be as follows:

Accordingly, it is ordered that the DD of Rs.7,57,354/- be sent to The Manager, SBI, Anand Vihar Branch who after crediting the amount in the account No.42205752219 of this Commission would make FDRs as per table given herein above in the name of above mentioned minor persons for a period of their respective majority and the share of the Smt. Mithalesh be released to her by way of DD in her bank Account No.42116010052 and IFSC SBIN0050376 in SBI Kondli, Mayur Vihar Branch. The details of the same be produced to this Commission after doing so. The KYC documents would be got completed by the Bank. The amount of FDR in the name of Minor Children would not be released without the permission of this Commission.
Copy of this order be given Dasti to both the parties.
File be consigned to record room.
