Complainant file a Settlement and discharge letter jointly with the O.P Complainant further stating that the dispute was settle amicable outside the court and not interested to processed further. The O.P also submits that the dispute has been solved and the complainant is satisfied and accordingly settlement letter in filed.

As the dispute has been settled mutually the instant case is dispose of with full satisfaction of both sides.
