The complainant files a verified petition praying to permit him to withdraw this case with liberty to sue afresh on the ground mentioned in the petition. One Ld. Advocate files hazira on behalf of the O.P.No.1 but none appears on behalf of the O.P.No.1 when the case is taken up.

Heard the petition dt.11.05.15 from the complainant and considered. The ground mentioned in the petition is not sufficient to grant liberty to sue afresh but the complainant has right to withdraw his complaint. 

Fees paid are correct.

Hence it is

                           Ordered  

that the prayer submitted on behalf of the complainant is allowed in part permitting the complainant to withdraw the case only. Accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw the case.

The case being No. CC-71/2014 is thus disposed of on withdrawal.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
