ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Amritanshu Jha, Counsel for Ximoi India (OP-3) has been authorised to settle the complaint.  Complainant have agreed to receive the new mobile phone, Model Redmi Note 6 Pro, as full and final settlement from OP-3. Counsel for OP-3 have stated that they will give the new mobile phone within a period of 30 days.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
