            Complainant is present. Heard on the point of admission of the petition of complaint. It appears that the petition of complaint suffers from its inherent defect . So the complainant is at liberty to file his case afresh. Thus, the present case stands not fit for admission and as such the same is dismissed.

            Let a copy of this order be made over to the petitioner free of cost.
