Complainant, Smt. Sangita Talukdar files petition (Ptn. No. 406) stating, inter alia, that in terms of amicable settlement between the parties, the matter in dispute has been settled. Accordingly, she received an amount of Rs. 8950/- as per terms of settlement. Photocopy of relevant Bank Statement is furnished along with the above said petition. Showing credit of Rs. 8950/- (Cheque No. 577488 issued in favour of complainant) in A/C of the complainant.

Perused the joint settlement memo dt. 06.06.2018 between the parties. Since the parties have amicably settled the dispute as per settlement terms and the complainant received the amount as mentioned hereinabove, the present case stands disposed of accordingly.

This case stands disposed of on compromise.
